I had a query about pooling on my flat roof which another roofer had inspected and had said they could only fix by replacing the roof at great expense. So I reached out to Edinburgh Roofing Services for a second opinion. They answered the phone when I called and arranged a visit within a few days. Their inspector came and confirmed the pooling could only be fixed by replacing the roof. But added that my relatively new roof would have a waterproof membrane so as it was not leaking they would not advise doing anything. Exactly what I wanted to hear! I appreciate their honesty. Altogether a five star experience. (I will update this review if we suddenly spring a leak.)
